We don't just cast metal; we manage the entire lifecycle of the part:
- Cold Chamber Technology: Our machines isolate the molten aluminum furnace from the injection system, minimizing iron contamination and ensuring high alloy purity.
- Precision Tooling: We design molds with optimized cooling channels and overflow wells to minimize porosity and extend mold life (typically 80k - 100k shots).
- CNC Post-Machining: Castings often require precise threads or sealing surfaces. Our in-house CNC shop mills sealing faces and taps holes to tolerances of ±0.01mm.
- Finition de surface: Raw castings have a "skin." We offer Shot Blasting (to remove flash and unify texture), Powder Coating, Anodizing, and Chromate Conversion for corrosion protection.
