Planning an Order from China to Savannah

Compare the complete delivered scope, not only the machining price. Provide the destination postal code and required arrival date. The quotation should identify production time separately from freight and customs processing, and clarify who handles shipping, import clearance, duties and taxes. Those responsibilities and dates must be agreed for the individual order.

Define acceptance before shipping

Send a controlled drawing with units, material grade, finish and critical dimensions. Agree on the inspection records and any first-article approval needed before the production batch is released. If the part replaces an existing component, include the mating requirements; a photograph alone is not enough to establish fit.

If a part needs immediate on-site assessment, local collection or repair the same day, an overseas production order may not suit the schedule. For planned prototypes and repeat manufacturing, allow time for drawing review, production, inspection and transport. Delivery commitments are confirmed in the quotation.
